Amazing staff, extremely clean, go above and beyond to make you comfortable. They worked as a team to ensure myself and my family felt included in my care moving forward I couldn't be more grateful to have this team of doctors take my care into their own hands thank you for everything you've done for me and my family. HORRIBLE experience! My boyfriend, my two children and myself we’re in a car accident and received the worst treatment. I was placed in a hallway with my child. Received a basic check up and some X-ray. Discharged immediately. None of my cuts were cleaned. Was told to go in the bathroom and clean them myself. Went home with shards a glass In my back and arms. The hospital called back the next day and was told I may have a fracture I should be seen again. My child asked for food and beverages was given nothing. Asked for a blanket while he was in the waiting room was not allowed to have one. My boyfriends went through a windshield his face received over 200 stitches kept him awake for the whole process didn’t clean his wounds after . Given no ibuprofen or pain medication when discharged. Plenty of nurses and staff around but none were doing anything. Had three nurses just sitting around. One was taking a nap. Anytime I asked for help they would have to get someone else. Absolutely horrible experience . Worst hospital around ! Avoid if possible.

This place is horrible I came in at 8:30pm and I'm still sitting here waiting to be seen and it is now 4am. No one has come out since 1am. It's safe to say no one is working third shift, I guess we will sit and wait for the next shift to come on if they feel like working. Why is this hospital even open? Taking money without providing any service. I'm sure all the people who walked will still be billed for sitting in your waiting area and getting there vitals read.

I had a horrible, traumatic experience at this hospital. My mental health concerns were essentially brushed aside. I was not taken seriously and was given major attitude by the nursing staff. It was completely dehumanizing. The gash on my knee (from an unwitnessed fall) wasn’t even cleaned or addressed. Fluids weren’t started until about 10 hours into my stay. I was patronized for insisting on leaving because I had to care for my dogs. I tried to call to express my concerns with my care and was transferred to the charge nurse who told me she was busy and to call back then hung up on me. This hospital really needs to train its staff properly on addressing mental health concerns with compassion and proper care.

11-1 and then 5-7 get there early the line wraps around the building to get in it's crazy sometimes you waist an hour of your visiting time just trying to get in
You should call the nursing station on their floor. However, due to HIPPA, you must be on list to call
