Purchase grass and paid for installation of grass for 800 ft.² I expected to have extra grass remaining seeing that each pallet was 480 squares. When the install completed the job he said we were short about 40 squares. He also shared that he was going to complete a job and bring the 40 squares that we were short. If you do the math we should’ve had enough grass to complete the job when they came with over 900 squares. The installer came the next morning put in the 40 squares and charge me an additional $150. When I asked the installer to measure the square footage in the yard just so we could both be at the same page he refused to measure and threaten to take the grass out if we didn’t pay him the extra money because he knew in the first place when they brought the grass they did not bring them out to square foot each that was promised. I do not recommend this company to install your grass unless they come out and do an estimate for you before the job is done so that you both can know exactly how much square footage because they will rip you off at the end.
