While they don't pigeon hole you into a particular service, we had CPT get us up and running on Zoom Phone. The transition from our previous VoIP provider was very well handled, and the cost to use CPT was no different than going through Zoom directly. No really, it was the same setup and monthly price, including any promotions that Zoom may be running at the time. Zoom's internal phone support is pretty bad, so it has been a blessing to have CPT get us what we need without having to deal with them. Zoom Phone as a product has been ideal for us, so the combination of having a great product with having CPT's support for setup and ongoing maintainance is the perfect combination. P.S. For reference, we're a 20-person company with 40+ lines.
