To say my customer service experience with Brandsmart after decades of business, is an understatement. Incompetent, unprofessional, rude employees. Save yourselves the future stress and additional money and time. Pay a little extra and buy tour appliances elsewhere. After having to replace the first brand-new lemon of a refrigerator I bought from them, the replacement has broken for a fifth time in less than five years and I can get ANYONE to call back or render ANY assistance. And don't tell me to email Brandsmart or call the 624-5444 because those are the same people who utterly useless.

Let me start by first saying I am very upset and disappointed with the service I’ve received from Brandsmart. I ordered and paid cash for a range oven almost three weeks ago and have yet to receive it! The initial delivery day was set for the following week, at which time the wrong item was delivered. I was delivered an electric range when I ordered a gas one. The delivery of the correct item was rescheduled for the next week. I received delivery notification from Daryl Flood (the worst, by the way) stating that my product would be delivered between 10pm -1am on Wednesday. Who delivers anything at that time! Needless to say, I did not receive my product because the driver was too tired to complete his route. I was, then, rescheduled for the next day around 4:30. after receiving a call from the driver who stated he would be here within the hour and 2 hours later he still wasn’t here, I called him back. He, then, tells me that my product was not on the truck!! This is a very bad reflection on your company. Daryl Flood I incompetent and lack concern for your customers. Needless to say, yiu have lost a longtime customer!!!!

Been thru my 3rd delivery and still no refrigerator. Obviously all the food was rotten after more than 1 week waiting for it. 1st, the delivery guys said they couldn’t move out the old sub zero fridge by themselves. The salesman knew we had a subzero and had notified the delivery dept of it. Then 2nd time, they said I had to disconnect the water line and they couldn’t do it. They eventually did it and when they opened fridge box, seal was cracked and broken. 3rd time took half day off from work, and waited. They didn’t knock at the door and left a door notice. Called immediately but they wouldn’t return back. Willing to give them $100 tip if they came back. I’m so upset and disappointed. Only reason I’ll wait for the 4th delivery is because nobody has that model in stock. Beware of this company and their service.
