Do you fix Samsung TV? The screen is on and it say No signal, and we can’t do anything about it.

Yes! We Service & Repair All Brands, Makes & Models of all kinds of TV's & many types of various Consumer Electronics. (smile) Yes, we can help you with your Samsung TV. Good thing is that your TV is powering up AND working because you can SEE the "No Signal Message"... That IS a good thing! I'm sure you have tried making sure the INPUT is working such as the Satellite or Cable BOX. If you have a Cable TV box try unplugging that box for 15 minutes then plug it back in and be prepared to wait about another 15 minutes and see if that fixes your issue. There are MANY questions we need to ask you to help better troubleshoot your problem. Difficult to do my typing a message here on a keyboard. (smile) Give us a call at our shop @ (252) 638-4477. We will be very glad to help you over the phone and should your tv need servicing, we will be very glad to help with that and we strive to offer same day service if we have the part your repair needs in stock. Thank you! - Danny Garris Owner/Tech

I have a Sony SW that needs a tuner cord can you repair it?

Daryl Turner | Oct 15, 2020
Garris TV | Oct 15, 2020

Unfortunately you need what is called a "dail cord re-strung" and that is something we really don't do. That falls more under restoration repair and it can be time consuming. So the answer is unfortunately... No. That is really something you either tackle yourself or ship out to someone who does that type of restoration repair. Some of your older shops might tackle it. However due to the numbers of modern repairs we take in everyday we do not do that type of repair. - Thanks for asking!
