I have been working out with Brooke White and Sound Fitness as my trainer for many years. Although I am over 50 I am in the best shape of my life. Sound Fitness is great place to exercise. The annoying youngster crowd chooses to go elsewhere.

Cannot speak highly enough of the quality of this gym! From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted by name and with a smile. They truly make you feel welcome and important! They go that extra mile with customer service. Clean, neat and organized! Brook the owner and her team are AMAZING! The owner event leant me her extra pair of shoes when I forgot mine at home - just so I wouldn’t loose out on my workout that day!!!! This place is a quaint hidden GEM!! Absolutely LOVE them over the corporate chain - noticeably different atmosphere!!

We have wiping stations and we ask that all members wipe down equipment after use. Our staff goes through the entire facility each day and wipes all touch points throughout the gym. We wash all equipment between group fitness classes to include yoga blocks, dumbbells, and bars. Our mask policy is such that if you feel you want to wear one while exercising, you are welcome to do so, but we do not enforce the mandate as it is unsafe for some to exert themselves while wearing a face covering. Most of our staff and members have been vaccinated.
Hey Aidan! The front desk hours are currently: Monday-Thursday: 8:30am - 7:00pm Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm Saturday: 8:00am - 1:00pm Sunday: No front desk hours. Members are still welcome to come in 24/7!
