I've been going to sunnybrite cleaners for the past few years. Love that they are family-owned. Super reliable, professional, and responsive. They were able to get a pretty large coffee stain removed from my duvet and covers in a quick manner.

Always come here. And there’s always an issue. I try to help out the small business community. I just let go the místakes they do. Alterations I had done a month ago ruined 3 of my dress pants. Just last week I brought in 2 hoodies, I picked it up 2 days ago, and they smelled horrrendrous. Literally musky. Brought them back yesterday and they told me they will fix it. Came in today and they smelled the same. Then I asked for my money back. And they refused. Disgraceful customer service. And I honestly feel bad leaving this review but it’s been way to much.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHING TO HAVE ALTERATIONS!! I asked if they could repair with a small tear in a puffer coat with stitching. I was assured that it was "no problem ". She removed the coats tag and made a patch from it a sloppily attached it to the outside of the coat. I asked for the patch to be removed. First it was suggested that I cut the entire coat. She then assured me that she would remove the patch. I came to pick up the coat and she actually sewed the patch together to hide it in the coat. I asked her to remove everything and I came back to the coat with the label patch partially removed. I asked for my receipt and a refund. Suddenly my name and all of my records were removed from their computer. Their dishonesty, lack of seamstress skills and terrible customer service is a disgrace to their industry. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
