I have no problems with this post office except that the hours posted online are not accurate for Saturday. These hours have been changed for over a year and the incorrect information is still online and no hours are actually posted on the door. There are a lot of people who came to the post office just before 4 PM because there is an accurate information out there. It is time to update it. And some hours on the door would be great so that we aren’t left guessing.

Moved over a month ago and put my request in for the mailbox key well before then. Been close to 60 days and they just keep turning me away each time I ask. I was told they will call me in a week. That was at the end of June. My leasing office won’t let me access my mailbox even when the courier is on-site, and speaking to the courier directly has only gotten me more frustrated... I get daily emails when mail is delivered and I have IMPORTANT documents that have been sitting in my mailbox. This is atrocious service and should be borderline illegal.

How about changing your hours on Google, as well? Not just by hearsay. Out here misinforming people that you close @4p on Sats when you've been closed, and it's actually @1p instead. Smh....

I live in a 3rd floor condo. Packages are never left in front of the door. They’re left on the ground or on the stairs. I’ve complained to the supervisor. Still the same thing. A carrier told me to my face that “sometimes the carrier don’t feel like walking up the steps”.
