Wait time in the drive thru at noon was okay, but I paid for two burgers and only got one. The dining room was locked, so I had to go through the drive thru again to get my second burger. I did not receive an apology for the missing burger, instead I had the bag thrown at me and then the window slammed shut. Not very nice service.

Management was amazing! Had an issue with an order and the manager went above and beyond to correct the issue.
