All I can say is that it is very hit or miss. It's also unfortunate that they close an hour earlier than they used to.

All that I have noticed are masks, sometimes worn correctly and sometimes not. They did have dividers over the register, but it's not over the entire counter so it's pretty much pointless...you can just step aside (which they do). I have not been inside since summer though (to buy a cake). I never noticed any distance seating, etc. like other establishments have.
The hours shift for when summer ends and kids go back to school. During the summer they're typically open until 11, while August-June it's typically a 10pm closing time.
That is a promotion that usually runs on a month long basis and then ends. Otherwise normally it's just 11-4pm
