Unfortunately the people that are doing the service cannot read instructions and instructions say call 30 minutes prior they just show up and put a piece of paper in the And say please call set up a new appointment water meter has not worked in over a year and all they continue to do is send me large bills and expect me to pay. that no one was there this is the 5th time and please don't try to call because now they hang up on you

This company can not accommodate our plumbers to schedule a call more than a week out. Never heard of this

No one answers the phone & important emergency warning hasn't gone out. The central office told me not to use the water, and then later they came back on to say boil the water before using. But apparently the local office has to issue the emergency notification to the community--and they haven't done that since 6 this morning.
