Staff made my 11yr daugher cry. My daugher has a short hair cut and was dressed athletic shorts and a baggy T-Shirt. My wife and daugher were lookng to try on some cloths. A member of the staff kept telling us "they" could not go back in the dressing room with my wife. We ask how was she suspose to try on the outfit. We got a rather snarky "well are both going to try on the cloths?". As my wife and daugher headed back to the dressing room the store employee speaks in a very loud voice "there is a male in the dressing room! there is a male in the dressing room!" When we spoke to the women and said those were both biological daughers, that her announcing that was very rude and that it made our dauther cry the women did not give too flips. Would not apologize and would not give her name.

Beautiful store with exceptional customer service. A little tricky to find if you aren't familiar with Columbia Mall. Shop is outside the mall near Maggiano.

I love this store. The quality of their clothes are great. The layout of the store is nicely organized as well.

Absolutely wonderful store. Employees very helpful and kind. Clean and stocked. However they do need a couple more size 4 in their pants. I Love this store.
