This visit was luckily not very time pressing, however it did take a long time until the doctor came into the office, maybe 30 minutes. He had a phone in his front shirt pocket with the camera side facing out which made me uncomfortable. He swabbed my nose for a flu test and I flinched a bit and said it kinda hurt. He responded by explained to me that it DIDNT hurt and that It’s just “ticklish” because the nose is sensitive. These are small things that rubbed me the wrong way. I just am glad that I wasn’t getting undressed or having a more invasive procedure done. I’ve come to this urgent care in the past and had great experiences so this is Fs an anomaly.

Nurse who checked me in was super nice but the doctor was not engaged at all. Went in for an injury and without looking at it said we’ll do X-rays and then walked out. Fine if you are really just looking to get X-rays and no other care. I didn’t have a break so his response was basically, nothings broken, good luck. One thing going for it was that it was quick in and out
