1 star it too much! DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES THERE- TRUST ME!!! my dad had back surgery and went to Provo rehab after he was discharged from the hospital. He fell out of the bed, when I warned them he would try to get out. They told me they would watch him extra carefully. I requested an x-ray to make sure everything was in place but the doctor denied my request and said he was fine. My dad was walking up and down the hallway at the rehab, later that week he could not even sit up. When he went to his follow up appointment at his neurosurgeon, they took an x-ray and saw the hardware that was placed in his back during back surgery had moved and is causing spinal cord damage. My dad was sent straight to the emergency room and then admitted to the hospital again. I have so many other situations that we documented because my mom was there 8-9 hours every day- and she witnessed the horrible care!! To add to it- they are short staffed and will not/cannot give you the care you need, deserve and are paying for. You hold them to a standard of care because they are a β€˜so called’ skilled nursing facility. This is not the case!!! I had SO MANY healthcare workers when my dad was in the hospital tell me that they would NEVER recommend them and that many patients are re-admitted right back to the hospital from their facility!! I can go on and on and make your mouth drop with our experience. I will do everything I can to share our story and save any patient for going through the same ordeal!!

These guys are the bomb, they have their own transport company and are Coronavirus ready, extremely clean and I have gotten to know most of the staff. There is an RN in each hall 24 hours and call lites in each room and shower rooms. A complete physical therapy gym with several therapists on staff along with speech therapy. They also have 2 extra large dining rooms and a kitchen that will make you just about anything. The directors have an open door policy so you can go to them at any time and the staff is very courteous about helping you around and bringing the food trays. I have been in several hospitals and rehab facilities and when the time came for me to move on to another one I told everyone that I did not want to go anywhere and start all over again with people I didn't know.

Worst rehab facility ever. They never answer your questions. They delay meds by up to 2 hours. They refuse to do the simplest of tasks. The food is the worst in the world. If your looking for a rehab or nursing facility don't waste your time looking at this place.

Questions & Answers

What are the visiting hours

I don't think there are any. People seem to come and go at any time. I wouldn't go after dark, however. Just a quick follow-up. Like most care facilities, Provo Rehab is now closed to visitors. Probably will be until the co-vid crisis is over.

Do you accept medicaid and service dogs.

I cannot speak officially but my son has medicaid and I have seen service dogs in the building, so I would say yes to both.

Hey can I come and volunteer with you guys for a few hours this weekend?
