Use to love this place never had a problem with my nails until this time. I ALWAYS get no chip polish that is the only polish I use. My nails are chipping to the point I’m able to peel the polish off myself. UNACCEPTABLE

I was not happy with the fact that when I had called to schedule an appointment I let them know I would need a soak off. The tech who worked on my nails tried to pop them off, which of course would cause damage to my real nails. He eventually did the soak off but he cut one of my nails too short in the process. He should not have tried to pop my nails off in the first place. They know this can be damaging to the nails.

The manager, Chris, of this nail salon is the worst!!! He doesn't know how to speak with customers and please don't break two nails....within days of getting them done. It will be your fault and they will want to charge you. The technicians are ok but the management and customer service will make you spend your money else where. Trust me, I did!

This is one of the worst nail shops ever. They do a rush job on your nails and feet. The lady that did my pedicure barely massaged my feet. She rubbed my legs up and down for literally 20 seconds and was done with the $50 deluxe pedicure within ten minutes. Awful. The nail tech sitting at station 2 was rushing on my nails so bad that she filed my nail too much and made me bleed. She was acting as if she was trying to save polish, and acetone, using very little of it. When she put the artificial nail on my finger she put literally one little dab of glue on it and when she start filing, three of the artificial nails came completely off. Don’t waste your money on this establishment, it’s a joke!
