A year ago I went to install a alarm starter I have the regular key and the remote start they did not tell me if I wanted in the same remote I called them if they can install all in one remote they said yes but they were going to charge me $399.99 plus tax the same price I pay for I thought was going to be less money just to install all together in one remote not to install all over again they just trying to taking advantage of customers.

If you're in need of some big project they prefer appointments. Although, if you can also wait if you choose that option. If they know you are waiting they try to get you out as soon they can. Hopefully that helps but understandable so a general statement.

No. You have to wait until they open. They go on a first come first serve basis. No appointments. If you want to make sure your car is done and ready the same day... Be the first one there in the morning. If not and you come in the afternoon your car won't be done until the next day.
