I was suffering from stubborn kidney stones since the end of June and an appointment was made for a stone removal procedure in early July. I had seen my local doctor prior and got a second x-ray done before he made an appointment with Revere Health in Provo. A week later, the Hospital was able to squeeze me in after a cancellation. Great! I live 2.5 hours away and my job makes it hard to get days off so when I made the drive out there and all they did was take a urine sample, send me down for a third x-ray, and went through the standard questions and what the actual procedure (that wasn't happening that day) would entail, I wasn't happy. I'm upset that I drove all that way and made arrangements to get the day off work (don't get me wrong, I am grateful they could get me in) for another general check up when a telehealth visit would have worked just the same. A 2.5 hour drive with kidney stones is not comfortable. **Update: I was contacted about my review and the representative explained the office's procedures when scheduling appointments. It helped clear up why a telehealth visit wasn't scheduled. What I didn't appreciate was when the representative asked if they should cancel all my future appointments because, as stated in the review, I clearly didn't want to work with their hospital. That wasn't fair. Two more visits (both procedures this time) and a stent later, Dr. Armstrong's team was able to remove the kidney stones in mid August. It was a long, painful process and many hours spent sitting in a car, but I was lucky to get in as early as I did. The nursing staff, surgery prep team, and anesthesia technicians are wonderful and caring and talked me through everything. Whomever called about my review...not so much.

I was so happy with this clinic, I walked in since I had left a message with an emergency for my provider hours earlier and hadn’t heard back, so when I went to Revere Health Urgent Care instead and was seen within 5 minutes. The staff were so friendly and the doctor/PA that saw me was so easygoing and nice. Overall it was a great experience and I was pleased with how helpful and quick the response time was. I didn’t hear back from my primary care for a day so I’m glad I went here instead!

If I could give theses guys a negative star rating I would, getting an appointment is an Absolut joke they keep telling you they need more information every time you call them and they just keep giving you the run around, go to salt lake its not worth your time to deal with these jokers its like they don't want to help people at all.

I had my annual check-up in Revere Health Care past April. They told me, they are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield. I also checked it before my appointment. At the time of the appointment, another practitioner came (not originally Dr. Jones, it was Ryan Thurston). He only told me to take over-the-counter vitamin D. They charged me +$200 (since insurance did not cover it) and sold my debt to the debt collector (National Service Brue) after I made my payment. These people and services down here are TERRIBLE. Do not waste your time and money.

Call medical records, you can usually pick them up the same day. After you call go to the pharmacy, there's a phone on the wall next to it, call them and they bring it out to youv

Fax number is different for all offices within Revere health. What specialty are you specifically looking for? What doctor?
Agreed, you would have to contact them directly. Let them know your interested by calling periodically. Good luck
They're closed at 5 p.m. so unless you've made arrangements with somebody to wait for you there that's not going to work.
Not within Revere Health
Most insurances are accepted here, but as in any medical situation it's best to check with your insurer first before seeking treatment.
Because insurance plans change so often from year to year on who their providers are and the facilities you can visit, it would be best to check with Molina to verify that first. They can tell you definitively who is in-network so you don't end up paying more out of pocket.
