This is the worse quest diagnostics center. Firstly they are rude, second they always mix the CPT code (code decide the purpose of test) while billing even it is correctly mentioned in the doc prescription. This is the second time I faced the same problem. More worse is to get them accountable to correct the mistakes. Avoid quest diagnostics and go to other diagnostics center if possible.

People that work there are very rude and disrespectful. The other lady that took my blood made my arm bruised after.

I just left the joint today. I was a walk-in and Joi J. Said she would take my urine today. I went to my car for one thing. She had already called out my name, but I wasn’t there to make my claim. when I returned to my chair, she saw my body sitting there, and didn’t explain or make me aware that she said my name because she didn’t care. I saw her leaving out to her car and I asked her before she made her depart, when were we going start? And she gave a reply without any heart. She didn’t take my sample of pee even though she said that she saw me after she had already called me. It was really exhausting.

Rude staff, they laugh LOUDLY and talk screaming in the back behind closed doors. They don’t adhere to their standby list or appointments and leave walk ins waiting for hours, they ignore people and clearly don’t care about their patients. Worst quest ever.
