Very old, lots of unaddressed problems. Chronic issue with roaches, centipedes, silverfish, mice, etc. 100% of the rent comes from the local amenities, but the apartments themselves are pretty terrible.

I have lived in the apartments for 11 years now and I love it here. My kids grew up playing in the spacious courtyards and the staff are wonderful. Any problem Michelle and her office staff are amazing. Jorge and the maintenance team are speedy and problems get resolved in a timely manor.

Roaches after a month of living here now I just seen a mouse running around and on top of everything I come home randomly to dirty bathtubs filled with dirt and water from who knows where. They need to fix a lot…….if they care.
