From the moment I walked in, I was treated very rudely here. The lady who helped me (not sure her name but blonde with curly hair) talked very condescendingly to me when I took my machine in to be looked at. She berated me for not buying my machine from them and told me all I was missing out on by not buying from them. She was angry I didn’t have thread already in my machine, threw down my bobbin case because it was empty and gave me a dirty look. I didn’t think thread was necessary due to the repair needed. And I certainly didn’t expect to feel like I was in trouble when I went in for help. Very disappointed as I could use a good resource for my Bernina. Not the help I was hoping to receive and will never go here again. I suggest some real work on customer service here.

Service beyond compare! I took my machine in and they took the time to look at it right away. Turns out it only needed the tension adjusted which they did and sent me on my way without a charge! Would recommend them to anyone who sews! Can't be beat!
