I loved this place when I was younger. It had a nice charm to it. Recently, they've changed their arcade system to a clunky card system for the arcade. I loved the token and ticket system that worked very well. Many machines don't even work now or are just turned off. I wish they would go back to the old system.

Lots for the kids to do, fairly clean for a kids place lol, friendly staff. Great place to do birthday parties and very affordable.

The fun is what you make of it. Not a lot of good service. Staff is very undertrained and unsupervised. Second year for birthday party after last experience I could have bet that this one would be better but unfortunately it was worse. The arcade needs improvement, prices on roller blades and skates should be the same price, and paper waste there is horrible. They need a different system. Can't blame the pandemic anymore either, the staff there doesn't act like there was or may still be one anyway!

Have been here a total of 3 times. Twice I rented a room and once I didn't. The first time I didn't rent a room and it was great. Everything went smoothly everyone had fun. The first time I rented a room everything was super strick and by the book. We were charged for everything. Extra for tableware, extra for drinks, extra for pretty much everything. The last time we went we rented another room and we saw our server twice. The first time when we ordered drinks and the 2nd when she handed us our check. On the plus side she didn't charge us for anything extra probably because we had to get everything from other people. It's filthy in there. They switched over to an automated system rather than tokens and tickets. Yay for the environment boo because hardly anything was working and when it did it took your tokens with no game. Worse and worse every experience. Will not be going again.
