They should have a minus star catagory. I was not even going to write a review, it's a waste of time. But I decided to just for the benefit of those people that might be considering even looking at Layton Meadows for their home. Don't even consider looking at them, honestly you will be so unhappy and be so disappointed, frustrated, and just plain wasting your time. Life is too short to have to put up with the individuals that work here. I will personally back up all the bad reviews from the tenants that are posted, that they are true and without a doubt the replies from management are not true. There replies are all the same. All they are, are answers you are hoping to hear. I'm sure any good reviews posted are by non tenants, it's not hard to see right thru the wording. They were not disguised well at all. This post is FYI !!

I just drop my friends off here but out of what I've seen of these apartments they look pretty nice so 5 stars 🌟

Pool is ever open on the weekends don't rent from these guys. They literally treat you like you are still fed from your momma and that you have to be disciplined. Very poor management!
