Had an issue with my dishwasher, in ten minutes my problem is fixed, Peter went above and beyond and even screwed the hinges to the base so my dishwasher won't rock anymore, I didn't even have to ask! No haggling or dilly-dallying. Ran my dishwasher this evening and it works like a charm. 110-120 bucks instead of a minimum $600 for a new dishwasher, it's a steal. They were on time and efficient and I appreciate it. I highly recommend the work they do.

Industry guidelines have indicated around 10 yrs. It has been my experience that it comes down to the quality of parts, especially electronic assemblies. The more electronics that are used, the more likely you will have a failure. Most parts are made in China (quality is questionable). Also, preventative maintenance done regularly will play a big role in reducing problems. Very few people perform preventative maintenance such as cleaning the refrigerant coils and maintaining good air flow. Having stated that, some units like Thermador ( Bosch brand ) and SubZero have run much longer than 10 years. Some domestic brands like Whirlpool, GE, and Electrolux have done well too. It just depends. Hope this helps.
They have all the major brands and hi end models. To run on propane it's usually just a regulated swap. They should have the options available to get one ordered.
