We were so looking forward to our awning. We LOVED Tony. We gave him our deposit and was told 100% of MONIES we Paid will be reimbursed If our HOA does not approve the awning (our HOA is a tough one). We were then called by a lady in the office to set up the appointment for the measurements and we were informed that at that time the next deposit was due. Fine. We then asked again for confirmation on the reimbursement if for some reason the HOA or permit does not go through. She told us she could not guarantee our money would be reimbursed that things could happen out of CW's control and we may not get some or all of our money back. What?? What does that mean? We asked her to have Tony call us (he did not leave a card with phone number) and we never heard from Tony again. We ended up cancelling our order. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Good company and a good product. We knew what we wanted. The sales rep helped us fine tune the final design. The team installed our patio cover in a matter of hours and in less than one day. Amazing! It is just as we envisioned. The space is now functional in our sunny and hot summer climate. Entertaining and relaxation is now in our grasp! Enjoy your new patio cover as mush as we do!
