I give 2 stars for the fact that on Friday, April 29, 2022 they treated me very well; in a special case with my cousins, but today May 2, 2022; They treated me extremely badly, something that did not happen last week, they practically did not let me speak and explain the situation of my third cousin; I hope your staff improves the relationship with the clients, who only have some doubt and do not know the process; have a little more patience and listen better. So maybe this place will improve; what a pity that he changed his mind today regarding you; thank you!

Came here so they could help me with Chip Prenatal, they only gave me a form to fill out and told me to call 211. I feel like i wasted my time, i needed someone to actually help me with the Chip Prenatal

Do not visit this location! They want you in and out and are not helpful. They are discouraging! I went in both times while staying at a shelter and felt worse off after. I wanted to give up. Someone recommended visiting the Nacogdoches Location! Thank God! I visited this location twice and both times walked in with ugly stares and a very negative attitude - I would call 211 and the rep recommended this location was closest to me…so not go to this one. Go to any other location. An acquaintance recommended that I visit the other location (Naco). You need to visit the other office. You will leave this one with nothing accomplished and nothing done on your case. The other office, has representatives ready to help you - the people there are genuine, helpful, kind and very patient. Nancy was my representative at Naco and she’s changed my life…so grateful!

HORRIBLE!! I would give less than one star if I could. They are so rude, they do not take the time to listen, they immediately tell you to call 2-1-1, without even trying to help. People are coming here because they need help in one or another, there is no need to make them feel stupid or less of a person for trying to get help.
