I have just recently finished my pre-license in-person course & cram course with Ms. Vickie Rogers. All I have to say are absolutely positive things about this program! To begin with, Ms. Rogers was the best instructor that I could have asked for! She gives you everything you need to set you up for success. The course material is a lot to cover and can be very overwhelming. She breaks everything down & gives you tips and tricks for not only the course material but the real world as well. She also keeps the class on track, focus on the course material and does not waste a second on anything but what you need. Her timing is perfect! You have a good amount of time to focus on the heavier and harder concepts that most people need more assistance with. As for the Cram Course, it is worth it 1000%. I was lucky to have this with Ms. Rogers as well. You get a taste of what the exam will be like as well as a review of all the neat tricks you were taught in class to help you remember course material. Putting it all together in practice before taking the actual exam helps so much! Lastly, all the staff in the admin office are all so kind and helpful! Everyone there truly cares for you and wants to see you succeed. I had a great experience with Capitus and would recommend their courses to anyone getting in the real estate world!

Great school and atmosphere. Just wish I would’ve looked at reviews for teachers because my instructor is so boring. Sitting for 8 hours is already draining but she should be able make it enjoyable

Don’t waist your money cause what they won’t tell you is that if you don’t pass the test twice you have to pay $150 for a course all over again which takes 1-3 months to complete !!! Find a company that allows you to take the test as many times you want but might come with a fee every time you take it which is better!!!

David Rice | Oct 9, 2019
Lisa Oden | Oct 9, 2019

Next day class begins June 17th, next evening class July 8th. Registration for both open now.

if an agent is going inactive in January, do they still need an ethics class before the end of the year?

Laurie Nixon | Oct 9, 2019
Andrew Huskinson | Oct 9, 2019

Hi Laurie - Once your license is inactive, you can no longer hold Realtor membership. The Code of Ethics training is a membership requirement of the National Association of Realtors, so you do not need to complete the Ethics training by the end of the year. Please let us know if you have any further questions. (On behalf of the owner)
