Good customer service, but I will not be coming back as it seems like every time I go here I leave with something else wrong with my car and have to come back for another expensive repair. Not only did they not help me or address my issues that only began to happen *after* they worked on my car (shaking steering wheel, dash lights coming on, etc) the mechanic James literally told me it was all in my head and that I was imagining it even as I felt the steering wheel shaking in my hands! I no longer trust these people to work on my car. I only chose them because of convenience to MARTA. They all *seem* nice up front, but for me to have spent so much money and to have to come back with more expensive problems that weren’t there before and to tell me my steering wheel violently shaking “is all in my head” is not a good look and significantly diminished my trust for the staff here. Whenever I walk in here I feel like I’m about to get played or scammed. Never going back bc why am I leaving with another problem that they’re gonna ask for a month of my income to pay for? 🚩🚩🚩🚩
