I left my car there for a tire inspection since one rear tire apears leaking slowly. However, they called me back and told me that there was patch on the side and they have already got it removed. I went back and they said they did it for free. However, the truth is they didn't inspect it at all. The car was there parked and didn't move a inch at all. I drove it back, jacked it up and inspected it myself. Guess what? A nail was there. Apparently, they just didn't even bother checking it.

I was traveling in Atlanta and my tire pressure alert came on. I wanted to get it checked before heading back to TN. I stopped at the Howell Mill location. The gentleman checked out the pressure and it was low on all tires. He added air and there was no charge. I was back on the road within 10 minutes of stopping. Thank you so much for your kindness! Highly recommend!

Brought my range rover here and they messed up my brakes beyond repaired then Ryan the manager gave me the run around every day for a week before I just gave up .. $1000 wasted don’t do it go somewhere else or you’ll be sorry
