We ordered a light from this place over 2 months ago. They did not have it on site so in two weeks they called and said to pick it up. When we got to the store to pick it up they didn't have it. So they said they would ship it to us. Never happened. A month later I called and asked for a refund which they said they would provide (they still did not have our light). A month later still no refund. No light. Buyer beware. Update: finally got the light. It was not shipped, we had to go pick it up but at least we got it, 3 months later. Updating review from 1 star to 3.

I have always had good experiences in the store before. Yesterday I went in and spent an hour looking at product and selected a red tag clearance product. I was then told I would have to drive to the Roswell store to get my selection. They have a sign out front on 14th St. announcing the sale. That sign should say “drive to Roswell for our 50% off sale”. I understand that clearance product may not be profitable. But no one should have to spend an hour shopping only to find out that they have to drive to Roswell to pick up merchandise. Thank you!
