Convenient location, parking is easy and on the whole the staff is fast, polite and efficient. However, the cost to print a single shipping label is $3.51. The label is typically printed in b&w on an 8x11 piece of paper (folded and put into a plastic thingy which is about ¢.13). If you order a print out or copy from the UPS store (b&w, 8x11) the cost is around ¢ .51 per copy. While I don't begrudge a business making a profit on their services I am not sure this price gauging qualifies as good customer service.

2275 Marietta Blvd NW Ste 270, Atlanta, GA 30318 location. I usually have no problems but recently discovered 1 of 2 packages sent Dec 20 2021 never left the store. I believe an employee stole the package because my description of contents included "Gift Cards" By the time my friend told me she never received it, it was too late to file a claim. The friendly staff printed out the receipt but no manager was around that day or any time I called for the next week. BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR DESCRIPTION
