Rented 7 tux’s for our wedding. The staff was very helpful in getting the guy’s measured and tux’s ordered. One jacket came in too small they overnighted another jacket and it came the next day even though the wedding was still a week away. We will use them for any future events.

I went to Bedazzled Bridal in search of my dream black wedding dress. Every associate and manager I interacted with truly made the experience unique and memorable. I had an issue with my dress after picking it up and my concerns were promptly addressed, but mostly importantly I felt that I was heard. It shows how much they care about their brides!

I will start by saying that the Maggie Sottero dress that we bought from Bedazzled in Gastonia for my daughter’s wedding was stunning. However our experience with the staff turned out to be an uncomfortable experience. We feel like the staff and the manager, coerced the sale the first day we came in to try on dresses. They both told us the designer representative would be in the store Monday after the weekend we tried on dresses and we must decide and order the dress immediately to ensure it would be in on time for her wedding. The time line we were under was shopping at the end of May 2022 for an April wedding 2023. Well low and behold the dress is already in approximately 3 months after the purchase which is great but why use fear to get an order placed when it should be a memorable experience. My daughter was also told the balance needed to be paid by phone immediately before pickup of the dress if she couldn’t come that day. She said with her work schedule she would probably come for pickup on the weekend and was also told that they would be busy with new brides. How about taking care of a customer that already spent $2,000 on a dress and veil in your store. The staff also got visibly irritated with us when we didn’t want to purchase all of the accessories she had to go with the dress. We might have purchased them later as well as spent money on bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride, and tuxedos but after the negative vibes we will take our money elsewhere. The statement about being too busy with new brides for a weekend pickup was the last push to not want to return to Bedazzled.
