Excellent front desk associates, clean and comfortable bed. Spacious rooms and quiet at night. The only somewhat complaint is if you are a light sleeper, try and get the top floor otherwise you could be awakened by heavy footsteps and not-so-quiet chatty housekeepers who love the very early morning hours . Also, on the Marriott website, take note under additional fees it does mention a fee of $12.00, in which they do take out of incidentals (generally $20-30 a day) and this is a new fee. There were plenty of parking spaces. 🤗 Other than that, I would highly recommend staying.

Pros, clean, decent location Cons, Twelve dollars for parking in Loveland, CO? It's listed, but not something I would expect or look for. Rhey said it was a coporate policy but I stay at several Marriott hotels in Denver with no fees. Park up the street and tell them you aren't parking. Accessible room w/ tub had no shower bench and the sink is right up against one side, so 'sponge bath' it is I guess. 😩

Booked 17 days for me and my son visiting on Xmas break. The room was very tiny not enough space to put clothes or anything. Dirty floors, I was unaware of 12$ parking ridiculous. Over $1500.00 spent there. Coffee was cold most times, juice machine with no juice! Asked GM to switch to bigger room, she was very rude and didn’t accommodate us at all! Sink was plugged and cracked, no tub plug, bedding was not clean, room was very dusty and fridge was so tiny, could barely fit 6 sodas in it! GM Breanna was very unprofessional and rude. Will NEVER STAY THERE AT FAIRFIELD IN LOVELAND AGAIN AND I HAVE TOLD EVERYONE I KNOW! I left there four days prior to our reservation end date because it’s a terrible hotel. We are now at a Hilton!
