Positive: Contrary to the reviews I'd read, I didn't see any homeless people on the property. The property was well lit at night. I stayed here three years ago and had a hard time getting hot water for showers. That has been corrected. Negative: The parking lot has to be cleaned of trash and broken glass more often. I stayed for a week here. The room wasn't looked at once.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. DO NOT EVER BOOK HERE!!! on 05/14/22 they overbooked the hotel and my room was not avaliable so they did not let us use the room told us we had to go somewhere else. Mind you all my guests left my wedding so they were drinking hints why we got hotels... this was a prepaid room it did say non-refundable if I was the one that cancelled. However, they are the one's that overbooked the hotel!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!! We were there for our reservation!! Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Service was great. Staff is very kind and attentive. Great stay for the budget. Location is great, everything is nearby. NO bed bugs. Very clean linen. Just wish they would replace the carpet. Wore socks the whole time.

Rooms were okay but very dusty. Front desk service was very good. Free morning hot breakfast was good. A big step above the many roadside motels. Got this room from Priceline. It was one of those "gamble" things where you are guaranteed one of three properties. Paid $70 for the night. Overall, satisfied with room and price.
