Best night of sleep followed by wonderful hot, fresh, full breakfast. Desk attendant was super receptive to feedback I gave her (minor issues) and I felt assured she would handle it and not just brush me off as most hotels do when you are checking out. She was very genuine and sweet (don't remember her name but she deserves props--morning of July 28). THANK YOU!!!!

Positive: Room size. Newer sofa than last trip. Location. Free parking in well lit area. Nice breakfast, free with lots of choices. Nice associates. Nice pool area we just nod no time to use. Negative: Hallways needed vacuumed. Outside windows needed washed. Felt like dirty towels could of been put in some type of bag for housekeeping to pick up and drop off clean towels. Would like to have had bed changed on the 4th night.

Positive: Location to Rocky Mtn. National Park. The room was nice and the amenities were sufficient. The hotel was fairly new but the outside grounds were a mess, not landscaping recently done with weeds and overgrowth. Also lack of maintenance inside hotel. Negative: The first room we were assigned had a strong urine odor. Fortunately we asked to have rooms changed and the front desk was very helpful and immediately change us to a different room. Told the policy of accepting pets in all rooms, big problem for clean.

I will give it 3 ⭐ ⭐⭐ cause of the fun my kids had in the swing pool and the night shift customer service trying to help. I booked only a room for my kids and I, and I didn't got the room I paid for, they give me a King size bed FOR ALL OF US! The room hah a sofa that didn't had a hiding bed. I called the front desk and told them that room wasn't working for us, they brought us a rolling bed. It helped a little, but I'm still not staying there never again.

they have a brand new bree-pub and pizza place right next door. i cant remember the name, but its 100 feet away and very tasty!
You can call them I know the hotel was nice and clean but a little outdated so I would think they do not
I doubt it. I've had alot of friends that have worked in hotels and it's a good way to get yourself kicked out or 86'd. Unless you happen to know someone that works there. I wouldn't chance it.
Not walking distance but a mile or 2.
It's early, pretty good selection as well, last time we were there they offered, waffles, eggs, fruit, yogurt and more... but they do start cleaning up on time (around 9ish) we usually call front desk to confirm.
Ground but they also have pre-made coffee and tea in the lobby! Id also suggest dutch broes coffee and loveland coffe house!
It is right about 60 miles and an hour away.
