Positive: We live locally but our air conditioner went out and we stayed her to stay cool for the weekend and we had an amazing stay! The restaurant/bar was great, the pool was wonderful, and the free breakfast was amazing. They have an awesome outdoor area! Negative: Construction outside was annoying and getting out of the hotel parking lot wasn't easy.

Positive: I liked having a lower level room and easy access. The staff was pleasant. Negative: Very difficult to get to with road construction. Hot breakfast tasted very strange, not good. Terrible parking. People park too close. Tiny bathroom. Strange smell in room.

I stayed overnight to take my kiddo to an appointment at the children's hospital. We got there late and went straight to sleep. The next morning we woke up to get ready. I had my kiddo in the bath tub when I noticed small bugs all over. I immediately got him out of the tub and called front desk. They sent housekeeping and the ladies came and saw all the bugs and said they were going to send maintenance. An hour later maintenance never showed up and nobody else did either. Needless to say I paid for a hotel and was unable to even shower or utilize the bathroom. The pillows smelled terrible and the room in general was old. Will not ever stay here again.
