POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT. My fiancé and I were meeting a group of friends at Glowgolf. We were running late and the front desk staff had told our group that we would be able to join them when we arrived. When we did arrive, we were told that it was at capacity and we would have to wait 30 minutes to start. Capacity is 144 people and there were 65 people there. We were also told that when we started we would have to start at the very beginning instead of joining our group like they originally said we could. The front desk staff was defensive and rude and completely contradicted everything they had told our group at the complex. We called the manager and even she was unwilling to make it right and accommodate what we were told by the front desk staff originally. We will never be visiting this establishment again.

Terrible experience, manager says corporate limited the capacity because it was so “busy”. There was 65 people and capacity is 144. Staff tried to “help”, didn’t even make a call to the supervisor and had us call if we “had a complaint”. Then they just sat down and played on their phones. I guess glow golf is super serious and they couldn’t fit 2 more people in. Had way higher expectations for this place, but walking in it looked like it was unimpressive for a place renting out of the centerra plaza.

Was not happy here never been here before .I did end up paying for my kids to golf with in less then 2 minutes I asked for a refund because after I paid things were not answered correctly and the lady was rude she told me no refunds and had me start the course at the broken windmill course. She did not explain anything to us and the bathrooms were so awful I walked in with my kids and walked right out I feel like the bathrooms had not been cleaned in months. We made the best of it I mean we paid 50$ so I was not just going to leave. I would say they need to get the bathrooms clean and have better customer service. Not sure that we will go back.

Fun place to go do something different. We played 36 holes and enjoyed it. Definitely seems like they could add a few things to make it better but still a lot of fun
