Walked in at 1:15 pm on Thursday Dec, 16th. The young lady working asked what I was looking for, I replied a child's sized snap back and would like you to embroider something on it. To which she replied, I can't embroider it I am closing early. "What time", I asked? She says, as soon as possible, corporate wants me to close early. So apparently, Lids Corporate wants to send customers away from a failing retail store less than two weeks before Christmas (at 1:15pm) Strong decision making folks.. See you never.

If I could give negative stars I would. Went in today 11/13/21 at 3:10pm and the young girl at the embroidery machine her name was Courtney was just rude and did not say hi or welcome and when we ask for a sale hat she pointed and said “there”. How desperate do you have to be in order to keep a rude employee like that? I’m guessing very desperate because that happened with the same employee Courtney multiple times and this was my last time. I’m never shopping at LID’s again I’ll get my hats at scheels thanks. Oh and the gentleman at the counter was on his phone in front of all the customers 🤦🏼‍♀️

This place has great hats and always has, but man was it boring! My husband and I went looking for youth hats and the only guy working pointed us to the very minimal selection, and that was all the help we got. It was obvious that guy didn't want to be there. We had to initiate the help, so it was a bit sad and we walked out pretty quickly. I wouldn't be surprised if the store shuts down at that location.
