These apartments have potential but the 3 months we have been here have been nothing but disappointing problems. Maybe I should just make a list… 1. We were promised our unit was one of the remodeled apartments with stainless steel appliances and it was not. Actually when we moved in the microwave was missing and the counters were not refinished like we were told. They did take care of the microwave and counter but the appliances stayed and were not replaced. 2. The bugs. Oh my goodness. We had the worst ant and spider problem. Had to call 2 times in the first 2 months. We finally gave up on them and took care of the problem ourself. 3. The price when we applied on the website was not the monthly rent rate we were given. Even though they said since the apartment website was glitching that they would match it. 4. Our toilet broke. Maintenance came out to temporarily fix it and said a plumber would need to do the permanent fix. It’s been 2 weeks and no plumber. 5. Now our dishwasher is broken. 6. The management/office people are constantly changing. Like I said. This place has the potential but all they do is put bandaid fixes on things and underneath it all they are falling apart. I love the layout of the apartment and the community. So it does have a few positives. This has all happened since March. Can’t wait to see what the next 9 months holds for us.

Extremely disappointing that it was decided to renovate the clubhouse, fitness center & pool bathrooms right in the middle of summer. This is a seasonal pool, why couldn’t renovations be done in the 75% of the year the pool is closed? We have to pay full rent but have lost access to three major amenities, and were not provided any timeline for completion. In the few days the bathroom has been closed, I’ve heard four people joke ‘I guess I’ll have to pee in the pool’, but by closing the pool bathrooms that’s exactly what you’re encouraging people to do. Half the time we go to use the hot tub, it’s empty. Very disappointed that we wait all year for summer amenities just to have them unavailable to us, and even more disappointed we weren’t even able to host our daughter’s first birthday here due to the clubhouse/pool bathrooms being closed which we were not made aware of until we received an email the morning of the closure.

Just started 2nd 6 months and so far a good experience here. No concerns to mention but will note that landscaping has improved. There has been work on sprinklers and dead scrubs to make the areas look great!Ron, your compliments have made our day!
