Our first assigned room had a bed that was defective! Also appeared that the room hadn't been cleaned. Second room was fine. There must be major farming nearby as the smell in the area was atrocious! Avoid the free breakfast as nothing was good! We had to leave and have breakfast at the nearby IHOP.

Positive: Good for the price. Except taxes and fees. Nice breakfast and hot tub. Showers worked great and atmosphere of room was good Negative: BEING CHARGED $12 A DAY FOR PARKING!! Even if they say they wave it make sure you go to the desk and confirm they do. Also immediately taking 50 dollars out of you bank incase you want snacks? I didn't hey that when she told us either...

False advertising!!! PARKING FEE!!! After registration on line and paying for the room, THEY CHARGE YOU $12 FOR PARKING!!! This is not downtown Denver or DC. What a sad poor marketing scam. I have used Hampton for 20 years, NEVER AGAIN! If you are ok with this management scam, stay there. I do not like being lied to and taken advantage of. Very sad marketing for an otherwise quality business.
