Visited here recently and the lady that was at the desk or shall I say suppose to be at the desk, was very rude and nasty to another individual. That type of employee makes it bad for people to come and visit, or even apply for an apartment here.

Scheduled a viewing for this place called and confirmed this morning drove all the way here to be told that no one was coming in today to show apartments but the place looks busted anyway rather pay money for a better looking apartment

I must say this apartment has went down the hill. Management is passive aggressive, and very argumentative and barely here. She tried to verbally assault me in front of my toddler. The owners are now hiring Latino women for managers who are very nasty to the African American tenants. Gnats are taking over the building. So many people are leaving due to owners and management not caring. This is one step to becoming a slumlord situation. There hasn’t been a positive review in a decade!

Save yourself time and money, the building is old as dirt and trying to get maintenance or manager to address any issues in your apartment is like trying to discover a unicorn. They don’t reply to calls or emails. And when they say they are going to come fix something it doesn’t get done. Just upset I ever even moved here. I’ve been fighting w these ppl to fix my heat/ac since February it is now July and nothing is being addressed.
