The place is a hidden gem. Great service, but they have very limited hours. They would benefit greatly if they offered intro classes as well as opened the store more often. Other than that I love this place.

I was preparing two kegs of homebrew I made for a family gathering when a couple of pieces my serving hardware broke. It was looking bad for my beers. I couldn't find what I needed at the restaurant supply stores or beer distributors. I found Solarhomebrew on Google, and the owner was able to help me with replacement pieces. He even wrote down detailed instructions for me, since the replacement pieces differed from what was originally on my equipment. The party and the beer was saved! Thank you, sir! Though I live in the Allentown, PA area, I might have to start taking a side trip to Trenton for supplies when I am down visiting my family in Levittown. Thanks again!
