Stopped by this morning just to get some information for my daughter since she is moving to the US in May and I was greeting my gentleman named Clyde. He was simply... world class. He invited me to the office and gave me a complete overview of this building, even took me on a tour of a few units and the dashing amenity spaces. He is extremely knowledgeable of the building and NYC in general. He was such a treat and I look forward to contacting him in the spring time. Korab & Clyde have gone ABOVE & BEYOND to accommodate me in this building. This will be my second year living here and I couldn’t be more excited. I was in an urgent situation to find an apartment and within 20 minutes I had a lease to move in just a few floors up. I decided I wanted to move in earlier and Clyde & Korab took less than 24 hours to answer all my questions and generate a new lease for me with help to move in upstairs.
