I returned a pair of sneakers I bought from the Sneaker Studio and never received a refund. The sneakers were returned unworn within 48 hours after I received them with all tags, etc. I paid extra to have them double boxed and have a UPS tracking number. It cost me $26 to return a $92 pair of kicks. Sneaker Studio does not pick up the phone and stopped responding to emails. ZERO customer service. I will never buy from them again and suggest you do not either unless you plan on keeping whatever they send you. I buy often online and this was a very bad experience. Buyer beware!!! Samir- You can doubt I bought the shoes from you, but my Amex was charged by Sneaker Studio in Passaic, New Jersey-so don't deflect, own it! I have receipts, tracking number, etc.
