Always a great experience at WonderCon, but especially this year as the first year back from COVID. It was definitely a little scaled back but I feel that it will be fully back as people feel safer. I felt like the event staff were truly concerned about keeping everyone masked and safe. I only a saw a few people with their noses hanging out and they were definitely told to cover back up. Outside in the cosplay meet-up areas were a little more crowded but I never felt overwhelmed. I feel that most everyone tried to respect others’ space as much h as possible.

First time I have ever gone to wondercon and absolutely loved it. So many things and people to see the creative cosplay that everyone wore was amazing and everyone there was just so friendly. Would definitely come again next year

If you'd like a chilled out version of SDCC, Wondercon is your place! It's almost completely affordable (atleast since I'm a SoCal resident), tickets came with time, and without such long lines for food or entrance I was able to see nearly everything and fully enjoy myself and the experience. I was only really interested in one panel, but from my friends, the ones they visited were interesting! I had an amazing time and am definitely going in 2020!

Not if the event isn't run by CCI (Comic Con International) but the event info you look at will say specifically. The badges are to enter the convention center only.

Yes. There are several artists/writers that already do just that
security is paramount. they do check wrist bands and credentials. you might get lucky. police reports of lost ID, any evidence will help, but this info is not as good as calling the organisation itself. be persistent And consistent. you will get somebody from the organisation to answer you.
