After quickly receiving our quote, it was downhill from there. They even somehow started installing the door in the wrong bathroom after I showed them right where it was going... To begin with, the owner was unable to address simple questions through email so that we could ensure we were getting the right hardware and handle options. I tried calling to make things easier, but then communication via random text messages started, and I had to follow up several times to know what was going on with our order. The day of the installation, I showed the installer the bathroom and when I came back upstairs to check on progress, they had already entered another bathroom and drilled halls in the wrong shower! They tried to fill the holes so that I wouldn't notice, but didn't do a good job so I noticed immediately after they left and had to do additional repairs myself. I tried informing the owner, but he clearly wasn't listening to me on the phone and was just ready to receive my credit card payment. After installation, we waited the recommended 24 hours to use our shower, but it immediately began leaking a significant amount of water. I contacted the owner to request a fix, and no response. I didn't think a simple job could go so wrong. Go somewhere else where you can find good customer service and quality installation.
