If I could give zero rating I would. I came in 20min early for my appointment and advise I’m here for weight management consolidation on Thursday . So they proceed to ask me medical questions and waiting for 1h and 1/2 to find out the Nutrition left and they put me in for a physical. They gave me my refund and they reschedule me for today( Saturday) at 9:15am. Once again I arrived early pay the fee and waiting for another hour to find out the Doctors had on the schedule she will be out. Like the first mistake is okay but this second mistake is on the office very disorganized and never again will I got.. To Corona Baez I was told you do great work. Due to the disorganized or poorly train reception/tech you lost a customer. Hope you open your own practice.

If you do not like to attend by phone leave this work ... and there are many people who would like to attend The calls ... very disgutada ... have no consideration with patients who are already older adults ..
yes. You do not have an appointment and you go with some pain or fever they send you to the hospital and if you stay. I had to wait more than 2. hours. to be honest. They do not serve well. I was patient for a long time but this year I decided to change doctor not there. they do not give good service
One of the purposes of a doctor is to diagnose, perhaps the problem he went to is a tree branch. In other words, I would like to know the things at the root, not to cut off the branch that hurts and the tree is hidden. But well, I respect that not everyone is the same, I hope you find favorable solutions.

Good evening, Paul. It depends on the medication as in many cases there needs to be a reassessment to determine the drug's effectiveness and continued necessity. If you've been in the office within the past 6 months, in most instances a refill can be sent without an appointment or follow up.
