I have visited this location MULTIPLE times and If I could give 0 stars I would WHO IS MANAGEMENT at this location the employees flat out have no respect, people skills, customer service NONE. how is this franchise still in business??? Wrong orders and bad service We took this up to corporate they said "it would be resolved" till this day it's the exact way if not worst

To start with, I'm not a huge fan of fast food. My kids love it though. I do have to say that the food was fresh, and looked really good. (Not smashed like some places do). On top of that the staff that helped us were really friendly and helpful.

One of the worst locations i have been to. My suppose to be Buttery bacon Jack was a mystery sandwhich. The bun was burnt and the patty was so dry, i needed to dip it in water to keep from choking on dust as i bit in to it. Will not revisit this place.

I always have bad service here. Very long waits and they don’t acknowledge you at the window at all. Also they tell you to hold on when you’re about to order and I’ve been left for up to 7 minutes until I reminded them that I was waiting on them. Also always ask for your receipt because they don’t give it to you and don’t tell you the price and twice I’ve caught that they gave me the wrong order and charged me more than what I originally ordered. Jack in the box used to be my favorite place in a different city so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt multiple times but I always end up regretting the 20 minute wait to get through the line and sometimes cold food.
