It all started well with the girl who was receiving people at the door yesterday afternoon around 4:45 pm when it was my turn she just asked my name and I gave it to her. To cut a long story short, I ask the same girl if she can help me print a receipt 🧾 she tells me that she can't because I have to wait that was 45 minutes later ⏰ and I said ok I understand. I saw a guy who wasn't doing anything walking around with his tablet in his hand, I don't ask myself anything, if you have a tablet in your hand, you're supposed to be checking who is the customer that follows for customer service, he ignores me and what happened to the In the next few minutes, two young men entered and the girl who had taken my name to put it on the waiting list received the girls and asked her co-worker to receive them and he helped them pay their bill 💵 they did not put her on the waiting list and they passed him in front of me this boy in tall colored glasses was polite but he realized that I saw what they did before my eyes that it was disrespectful that it was my turn and even so the girl who took my name came to interrupt my conversation with the young man and I had to tell this young man to finish me off first since I had been waiting for a long time. After waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes. bad experience the point is that you must respect the client there are people who work in these places and they do not give any respect and do not give a quality of work they only do it for money and do not take responsibility for their actions because that is how they act at work that's how his life is. life passes you by because you don't learn from your actions and you spend a lifetime repeating the same pattern of behavior 🤔🤔🤔🤔

I had the best customer service provided, to me, by Joe Russo at the Pleasant Hill Store. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I left there happy because of Joe's quick, professional help despite a bit of a wait beforehand and management that was standing up front advising customers of their long wait whilst playing on their phone as said customers were in need of help. What happened to the good old days when managers were the first to help out? I would joke about giving Joe a raise but we all know that never happens. At the very least, I sincerely hope that management will pass on my verbal praise to him.

I went to the store in Pleasant Hill to cancel my deceased husband's bill since the reps on the phone seemed unwilling or lacked the wherewithal to allow me to do this. The rep in the store was great! He helped me navigate the obstructions I encountered, answered all my questions, and set me up with the services I wanted. Thank you, Joe!
