This location is hit or miss… the associates are nice enough. But their efficiency is why this rating is being given. At any given time there could be team members walking around but yet only one or two associates ringing at the register. And the team leaders will often stand over the registers … like some benevolent being … but never help.

Shopping in person does not compare to shopping online at all. There is just so much you can find in store. I found a beautiful curtain that was well priced and my handy coupon made the price even better. We were greeted by every single associate in the store, around 6-7 people which felt nice to be acknowledged and welcomed into the store. When you can't wait for an item to ship, head in to the store and get that instant gratification of getting your items when you need them.

Store manager is rude so rude. I walked in to do a return . I purchased my item with my store credit card unfortunately bank had issued me a new card do to lousing mine. My item wasn’t able to be found on my cards .manager refused to give me store credit . He said I can look at my credit card statement and show him the purchase even tho my bank statement doesn’t show what i purchased and I really don’t remember how much I paid . He was unwilling to help said he can try and find the transaction but it would waste to much of his time

Maria went the extra mile to help me find what I was looking for. Best of all, I didn't even need to ask for help.....she approached me. And super friendly and knowledgeable.
