My student left a backpack on the bus and was convinced he would not be able to get it back (with his completed assignments inside). I called the number and was told to call back the next day because they had not gotten the items from the busses that day. When I called back, they had an organized tracking system to look up the information I had left before and it was there! I was able to pick it up and he doesn't have to redo his work. They have a really good system for managing the ton of items lost and found on the LBT busses.

Completely open air transit area. All bus stops are spacious but covers are very high giving very little protection in poor weather. Nice landscaping provides some shade when it is hot. Has 1 public restroom located all the way to Pine Ave by the customer service office 2 blocks away from the shelters at Long Beach Blvd.

Oh they are very helpful! They will assist you with getting around Long Beach. There are maps available as well as timetables. They know all about the passport buses as well as the places and attractions Long Beach has to offer. If you need help check them out.
